Format and rules: There will be 65 spots sold, 1 spot for every card on the wall. Every card on the wall has a random number (01-65) on the back. Once a spot is sold, the wheel will spin and a random number will be assigned. ONCE ALL SPOTS HAVE BEEN SOLD, we will go through the cards one by one The number on the back of each card will correspond to the winner of that card when their assigned number is the same as the number on the back of the card.
