Antique Edwardian 10k rose gold cameo brooch, features a carved lady face, facing right, she is wearing a necklace with flowers in hair...set in an oval rose gold frame with yellow gold twisted rope accent...believe it is angel skin coral, held up to light shows a slight pinkish white color...it is not marked but has been tested to be 10k gold...great condition, just needs a slight cleaning...Measures 1 3/8"x1 1/8"...total weight is 10.2 grams.
