Vintage Progressus ice cream paddle made in Italy. Heavy metal construction with a broad, flat scoop designed for serving or packing ice cream or gelato. It has a great old commercial-kitchen look with plenty of age, patina, scratching, and wear from use. The head is clearly stamped “PROGRESSUS ITALY.” Similar Progressus utensils are commonly identified as vintage Italian ice cream/gelato tools. Great for a vintage kitchen utensil collection, old-fashioned ice cream display, or tucked into a crock with other metal tools.
