This is an original vintage Super Duper brand Extra Pale Dry Ginger Ale 1-pint 12-fl.-oz. glass soda bottle (c. 1960s-1970s). The bottle features a crisp paper label showcasing the classic Super Duper grocery store mascot-a blue cartoon elephant balancing a grocery basket on its head-alongside bold red and blue typography. The neck retains its original red-and-white paper wrap-around label reading "NOW RECAPPABLE with Twist Off-Twist On CAP" and features an embossed shoulder reading "NOT TO BE REFILLED" and "NO DEPOSIT • NO RETURN". The bottle comes complete with its original stamped aluminum Alcoa twist-off closure. The small print identifies distribution by S. M. Flickinger Company, Inc. out of Buffalo, New York, and packing by Custom Beverage Packers, Inc. of Aurora, Ohio. Condition is exceptional vintage; the green glass is completely free of chips or cracks, and the main paper label remains incredibly bright, intact, and well-adhered with only minimal edge wear. Measures about 10 1/2 inches tall.
