Items are photographed and show condition. Some are fully opened, others are in the sealed package just box open. No returns on any pop mart items. I video document all packaging and encourage buyers to video their opening. Postal delays Due to the continued delays of the US Postal Service all items will not be refunded for delays until the Postal Service deems the package lost, if the package is still considered in transit,(no matter how long it takes) a refund will not be given until the package is deemed lost. Postal delays have no guaranteed delivery days right now for ground advantage class and priority mail.
