Old key. It has the abbreviation NKL. That may mean nickel. You could even slip a chain through it and wear it as a pendant. Take a look at the photographs. The last one shows the whole in the bottom of the key that goes through it to open things. It measures 1 1/3” by 3/5” Please check my other listings
