Whimsical hand-blown art glass dish in a striking hat like silhouette. The folded rim swoops on the sides sitting on top of a pedestal "crown" base. This is a fun unmarked sculptural piece that doubles as a candy dish, toothpick holder, decorative accent or paperweight. Concentric rainbow cane stripesin cobald blue, rust orange, chartreuse and white. Pre loved vintage condition. Note there is an area of roughness along the outer edge on one side.
