This beautiful 16-inch drum features two stylized blue dolphins surrounded by hand-drawn symbols. According to the original owner, the artist described the markings as “light” or “life” symbols. The original owner unfortunately no longer remembers the artist’s name or current whereabouts, so the maker cannot be independently identified. Constructed without animal hide. The drum is not merely decorative, it sounds wonderful and remains completely playable. Shows age related surface wear, discoloration and markings consistent with a vintage handmade instrument.
