This large, solid PVC hyena with a purple collar and black right foot is one of the Joker's pet Hyenas, the pair being named Bud & Lou after the famous duo Bud Abbot and Lou Costello. Produced in 2004 by Mattel, this specific piece is roughly 5.5" at its tallest point. A hard to find piece, this version was made for the Cartoon Network show Krypto the Superdog, taking place in the DC Universe following the pets of superheroes and supervillains primarily. In other media before this show released, the hyenas were completely identical. To differentiate and give them character, Bud & Lou were given purple and green collars respectively, and also a black right paw for Bud and a black left paw for Lou. Very good condition with minimal wear seen on his body, I do not see any significant wear or marks for callouts. Amazing paint, heavy & solid, and rare piece. Definitely a unique collectors' piece!
