This is an original vintage New Old Stock (NOS) Foley kitchen utensil (c. 1950s-1960s), manufactured by the Foley Manufacturing Company of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Made of durable stainless steel/chrome-plated metal, this unused vintage kitchen tool remains mounted on its authentic, original colorful mid-century retail display card featuring retro typography, original pricing, and illustrated instructions. Condition is excellent vintage NOS (New Old Stock); the utensil is unhandled and bright, securely attached to its original cardboard card backing, which shows only minor age-appropriate edge wear and light corner bumping from retail storage.
