Beautiful old two-tine meat carving fork featuring a naturally curved stag/antler-style handle and unusual folding metal stand/guard. The hinged supports allow the fork to rest elevated from the table, a distinctive feature found on antique carving utensils. The aged steel, natural handle and substantial construction give this piece wonderful primitive farmhouse character.
