Beautiful vintage Vassar Genuine Alligator structured handbag, believed to date from approximately the 1950s–1960s. Crafted in genuine black alligator with a classic structured silhouette, top handle, and elegant silver-color metal frame and clasp. The interior is marked “GENUINE ALLIGATOR by VASSAR.” The interior is clean and well kept with no old or musty odor noted. A wonderful example of a mid-century handbag with timeless character. Condition: Good pre-loved vintage condition. This is an older, pre-owned piece and does show age-appropriate wear, including wear to the exterior, handle and/or hardware.
