This house is old, used and fragile. Surprisingly all the windows are intact, but there are none above the door and possibly never were any there. The awning has a little tear and paintloss underneath. There is a little discoloration in the roof and an area by the tree where paint or mica has chipped off. The back left corner is soft like the layers are no longer glued tightly. All the edges and corners have some level of wear. There is a little color loss to the roof line, but for its age its in good shape, someone cared for it. 3 7/8" wide 2 13/16" deep and 3 1/2" tall Please see all the photos to understand its condition
