Fixture has white paint on a good portion of it and also some rust spots. Probably would need a new mount on the top - the part that screws in is cut off. There's a light bulb socket in it, but guessing you'd want to replace that with a new one. Fixture is also somewhat dirty and could use a good cleaning.
