Features rich cobalt/navy blue borders decorated with ornate gold floral detailing and colorful floral bouquets in the centers. Finished with scalloped gold-trimmed edges and an ornate metal center handle. Lower plate measures approximately 11” across and the stand is approximately 10” tall overall.
