Vintage 1940s 50s 60s Beaded Purse Craft Repair Lot Glass Beads Kiss Lock Frames Parts Restoration Repurpose The blue purse features gorgeous pale blue seed beadwork with a dimensional floral/starburst design, metal kiss-lock frame and long metal chain. It has significant deterioration around the upper sides/interior where the fabric has separated from the frame and is not currently suitable for normal use. The cream purse features extensive seed beadwork, floral detailing, beaded handle and ornate metal frame. It also has substantial deterioration, loose/detached beadwork and areas requiring repair. These old beauties still have SO much potential! Restore them, harvest the vintage beads for jewelry or textile projects, reuse the metal purse frames and chain, incorporate sections of beadwork into mixed-media art, create miniature bags, ornaments, bridal accessories, costume pieces, shadow-box displays or completely reinvent them.
