The bridge is clearly marked "J.K.O. Co.", associated with the Julius King Optical Company, an early American optical manufacturer. Based on the style and maker, these are believed to date from the late 19th to early 20th century. Condition: Antique pre-owned condition with significant age-related wear. Metal components show tarnish, oxidation, discoloration and areas of green verdigris/patina. The metal case has substantial surface oxidation/rust and wear. Lenses show age-related surface wear/marks and may have small edge imperfections. The case is included with the glasses but has not been confirmed as the original factory case.
