This does have 3 different spots of chips, one on top, one on side by a missing light, and on corner of base. Is missing star and other lights easy to replace. Most are glued in, tree is glued to base. No markings, is semi lightweight, cord is older, that is untested as I don't have the right bulb but looks fully functional and is easy to replace if needed. Measures 15.5 inches tall 6 inches wide
