A substantial Architectural Open-Point Amethyst Display Cluster from Alaçam, Turkey, featuring numerous individually defined lavender quartz points arranged across a highly dimensional, matrix-supported formation. Unlike the locality’s densely packed sugar-druzy material, this specimen displays generous spacing between many of its crystals, exposing recessed pockets, underlying mineralization, and the structure of the supporting matrix. The primary display face presents a complex landscape of terminated amethyst crystals ranging from pale lilac and translucent lavender to richer purple. Larger points rise above groups of smaller secondary crystals, creating a rugged architectural profile with pronounced depth and numerous natural openings. Several crystals exhibit attractive internal zoning, inclusions, and variations in clarity.
