I believe this Ferris Wheel was made in the 1990's since it came in a lot of 1990s Barbie and Kelly dolls. It takes 3 AA batteries to make the music play. It was not designed, as far as I can tell, to rotate on its own, but it rotates very easily manually. I have included 3 4 inch Kelly clone dolls so your little one can play with it right away. BATTERIES ARE NOT INCLUDED. Please see video for music and to see it being manually rotated. It is approximately 11 inches tall x 9.5 inches long x 5.5 inches wide.
