New with tags - there is a small hole in the armpit and one of the elastic loops for the neck button has come out slightly. Both pictured. The top is sheer - there is no lining. The skirt has a light lining. It has a side zipper but it's not the full length of the dress, just around the rib cage and waist. There is no stretch. The waist is only 14.5" and will not stretch further. This measurement was taken between the sheer top and where the shirt starts. Pit to pit 21" Sleeve shoulder to cuff 24" Length 34" Waist 14.5" *measurements are approximate - I try to be as accurate as possible but please allow for 1/2 - 3/4 inch difference. *Most items are stored/mailed in poly bags.
