the game was finished and is guaranteed to work. the game is turn based. you are not tied to a movement grid like some turn-based games. how far you can move on a battlefield is based on how many AP (action points) a squad member has. i think accuracy is shown by the gradient color of the laser. red being less accurate while green has a better chance of hitting the target. some structures can be destroyed on the battlefield. you can bring a max of 6 squad members. you will face more enemies than your entire squad. i was able to play about 2 missions before my psp battery reached 0 percent. i have not changed my psp battery with a new one since i bought it so keep that in mind. if you are unsure then watch a video review of the game on youtube.
