This piece is from India Handicrafts Inc. (IHI) and comes complete with its original "Made in India" backstamp sticker on the reverse. It features a cast aluminum base enhanced by intricate, traditional hand-engraved detailing carved directly into the fronds, trunk, and base. The versatile design can be used functionally as a hot pad or trivet, or displayed as coastal wall art or an accent piece with a stack of wooden cutting boards. It measures approximately 9.5 inches tall by 8 inches wide and is in excellent vintage pre-owned condition, making it sturdy, well-crafted, and beautifully detailed.
