Vintage L.E. Smith Glass footed compote/bowl in the Vintage Amberina grape design. Rich pressed-glass decoration features large grape clusters, flowing leaves and vines, a dramatically scalloped rim and decorative pedestal foot. Beautiful Amberina coloration transitions from deep ruby red through orange into golden amber/yellow. Under UV light, the yellow portions display an intense yellow-orange fluorescence consistent with cadmium-containing glass.
