This 2000 Clouds Bulletin Board Toppers set (CTP 1297) features a bright blue sky design with white clouds, colorful rainbows and cheerful yellow/orange birds. The original package states that it includes 14 feet of colorful decorative toppers designed to change the look of a bulletin board when used with coordinating Topper Mate borders (sold separately). New old stock and still factory sealed, so the contents appear unused. The original packaging does show age/storage wear including creases, bending, staining/discoloration to the header card, wear around the hang hole and wrinkling to the plastic.
