Rare vintage 1998 Small Soldiers "Battle Changing" Kip Killigan action figure from the Commando Elite line by Kenner / Hasbro. This figure is brand new and factory-sealed on its original card.Condition: Overall in great shape. The plastic bubble is clean and secure. The cardboard card looks nice, with just two very minor bends/creases from storage (please see the close-up photos to check them out).Will be packed securely and shipped in a sturdy box with tracking.
