Set of four Ridgways Simlay soup bowls, made in Stoke-on-Trent, England, circa 1890. Elaborate Imari-inspired Chinoiserie pattern features cobalt blue, coral, pink and green florals with urn motif, scalloped borders and gilt accents. Each bowl bears the Ridgways Simlay Stoke-on-Trent backstamp. Age-related crazing and expected antique wear are present; condition will be shown and discussed during the live.
