Beautiful vintage Jellycat Cream Bunny in early-generation style 🐰💕 A lovely find for any Jellycat enthusiast or collector looking to add a piece of early-millennium history to their collection. Please read the description carefully before bidding. I am not a Jellycat expert, so I have described this bunny to the best of my knowledge and based on my own research. Please inspect the photos closely and feel free to ask any questions before bidding. Sold strictly as-is. Stitched paws & toes: This bunny features distinctive dark thread-defined lines on the paws and feet. From my research into retired and vintage Jellycats, this type of hand-stitched detailing appears to be associated with some very early generations and was discontinued many years ago. The “GAP40” fabric tag: The original fabric tush-tag is intact and clearly displays “GAP40”. I have come across collector discussions suggesting that early “GAP” prefixes may relate to stock batches manufactured for Gap store displays in the early 2000s. However, I cannot independently verify this history, so I am selling the bunny based on the physical tag and features shown in the photographs rather than making any guarantee about its provenance. Early-generation features: The bunny has several features associated with older Jellycat designs, including the wider face, larger pink nose and bead eyes. Some early variants are also known to have had plastic whiskers which could easily fall out over time. There are no whiskers present on this bunny, and I cannot see any obvious evidence that they were previously attached. Condition: This sweetie is in lovely, clean, pre-loved vintage condition. The cream plush remains soft and there are no obvious major issues that I can see. The original paper hang-tag is no longer attached, but the original fabric tush-tag is present, intact and readable.
