This 100% wool green and blue Gordon tartan pleated Glenlomond skirt was made in Scotland and features real leather buckles. New ones retail for around $250. This one also has the Triminghams label which was a historic premier department store in Bermuda from 1842 until the early 2000’s. Gordon tartan is one of Scotland's most recognizable designs. In 1793, a variation of this exact pattern was adopted by the British military as the regimental tartan for the famous Gordon Highlanders. Today, it remains a timeless staple in both traditional formalwear and vintage preppy fashion. Please rely on measurements for best fit. Vintage size tag reads 12, but based on modern measurements it likely fits a modern small to large. Adjustable because of buckles - NOT stretchy!
