Swedish glass bowl/ashtray. Made by Aseda Glasbruk, shown in their 1972 catalog, pattern number 667. Consists of red glass cased in clear glass, with a controlled bubble effect encased in the glass. Often incorrectly identified as Murano glass, Orrefers or F.W. Johanson Glass. F.W. Johanson was a glass retailer (not an artist) who bought from several factories and then added his own labels and signatures, sometimes also including his home town Orrefors, which has led to some confusion and mis-attributions.
