Mosser Glass was founded by Thomas Mosser, a former Cambridge Glass Company employee who began producing glass in 1959 and formally established Mosser Glass in 1971 in Cambridge, Ohio, dedicated to producing new designs and reissuing pieces from older molds — the Cherry & Cable pattern originates from the old Northwood Company, and this domed round butter dish is a classic collectible pressed glass piece used for serving and displaying butter at the table.
