These are vintage 1950’s-60’s. Excellent condition. Measure about 1 inch. Backs are antiqued metal but may shine up if you choose. Made in West Germany" on a product indicates it was manufactured in the Federal Republic of Germany (West Germany) before the reunification of Germany in 1990. This designation was used during the period of division of Germany into East and West, with "Made in East Germany" or "GDR" (German Democratic Republic) being used on products made in the communist East.
