Beautifully aged antique copper dry measure or general country store scoop. Likely late 19th or early 20th century. Features a traditional conical shape with a rolled rim and a sturdy wire-loop side handle. The interior shows a wonderful historic tinned/zinc lining used to safely measure flour, grain, or sugar. Condition: Great primitive condition with a rich, unpolished copper patina and minor dark spotting/oxidation typical of utilitarian age. No major dents. Very structurally sound. Perfect as a rustic planter, fireplace match holder, or kitchen counter accent.
