It is encrusted with pave faceted clear rhinestones, placed on top of a blue enameled blanket bejeweled with chunky square-shaped green rhinestones, surrounded with round faceted clear rhinestones. The elephant tusk is crafted from a faux pearl and dangling below the neck is a heart pendant, indeed it is a wonderful whimsical piece. It measures approximately 2 inches in width and 1.5 inches in length. The cartouche is not struck but matches the exact Ciner Elephant brooch, including the heart pendant.
