This First Day of Issue example was Struck at the Shenyang Mint and features a hand-signed Tong Fang label by the Panda designer. The coin contains 30g of .999 fine silver, while the special NGC 40th Anniversary label contains an additional 1g of .999 silver, bringing the total silver content to approximately 1 Troy oz (31g).
