vintage floral tapestry purse by Toby Weston of woodland hill, CA. It has pockets on one side of the exterior and multiple interior pockets as well. The strap is adjustable and can also be pull up as a shoulder bag or let one side down and use it as a cross body! There is no closure but when the strap is pulled it holds it in a closed position. The black long handles are wooden and have some minor wear to the edges. Feels like all cotton. In good vintage condition with light wear overall!
