This is a vintage M. Hohner Echo harmonica, a "Bell Metal Reeds" model manufactured in Germany. It is a double-sided instrument, typically featuring two keys such as C and G on opposite sides. This is in vintage used condition. I don't play so I am not sure of the condition of the reeds and if it is tuned or not.
