Vintage 1983 Casio WW-5100, the second G-Shock model Casio ever produced, following the DW-5000. Stainless steel screwback case marked 5100, Japan Y, 200M Water Resistant, Shock Resistant, serial 0085519. Wide Temp-LC display with alarm and chronograph functions. Original black resin strap. Module verification: this watch has the correct 491 module. Confirmed by the absence of a backlight, which is the standard collector test distinguishing a genuine 491 from a later 240 module. The watch runs on a fresh battery and keeps time, and the functions operate. Condition, please read carefully: There is a significant scratch across the crystal, clearly visible in the photos. It does not prevent reading the display. Replacement crystals for this reference are available. The case and strap show wear consistent with a watch of this age and use. Bezel: not present.
