I only use the loveliest stones for my rings. These are Ethiopian Opals wrapped in copper wire. They come in natural copper so they will oxidize over time. That means the copper will start to darken and take on a more antiqued look. Included with every ring is a jewelry cleaning cloth to help keep things shiny. Here is my copper disclaimer. It’s best to take off when you wash your hands. Natural copper will turn your finger green, but it’s completely normal and harmless. It washes right off. Some people will put a thin layer of clear nail polish on the inside of the band to prevent that from happening. The benefits of wearing copper far outweighs these subtle annoyances.
