These are so good and sooo chunky! I know the color does not show up well in the photo but it’s a beautiful periwinkle blue. The Lune Blue Buffalo China was only produced between 1930-1940 which makes these pieces almost 100 years old! These Lune Blue creamers came from the basement of the original Parkside Candy building in Buffalo, where cases of Buffalo China had been stored for decades. The cardboard cartons had completely disintegrated with age, leaving the china stacked together. During the building’s restoration, two original Buffalo Pottery/Buffalo China packing slips were discovered among the remains of the cartons, confirming the china had originally been shipped directly from the Buffalo factory. I purchased this collection from the restoration company that is restoring the building in Buffalo.
