Couldn't locate any stains. Does have an extra fabric piece at top on both, unsure if they used to connect or maybe the ruffles go on the outsides and those were to pin the edges to the wall. Maybe slight ruffle separation at the top of one as shown in photo. Let me know if you have any questions. Measurements in photos.
