Original Blue Note mono pressing with deep groove labels, Plastylite "ear," and RVG mastering. Vinyl shows light hairlines and sleeve scuffs but nothing feelable and plays surprisingly strong with excellent sound. Jacket has beautiful front gloss with age-appropriate wear, foxing on the rear, and a bend to the lower right corner. An outstanding early Lou Donaldson session featuring Blue Mitchell, Horace Parlan, Dave Bailey, and Ray Barretto on congas. Hard bop with flashes of the soulful groove Lou would soon become famous for.
