This is the highly collectible Gengar "Old Maid" (Babanuki) card, released exclusively at the official Pokémon Center stores in Japan in May 2019.It is not an official Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) card, but rather the special "loser" card from a standalone Japanese tabletop card game set. The Japanese text at the bottom explicitly states: "This card is the 'Baba' (Old Maid). The person holding this card at the very end of the game loses."
