This is an 1825 Classic Head Half Cent that has already been authenticated by PCGS and encapsulated. From the holder: Date: 1825 Denomination: Half Cent (1/2C) PCGS: Genuine Details: Bent – VG Detail "Bent – VG Detail" means the coin has the amount of wear of about a Very Good (VG) coin, but because it was bent at some point in its life, PCGS would not assign it a straight numeric grade. Based on my photos: The date is clear. Liberty's portrait is worn but well defined. The reverse wreath and lettering are readable. The surfaces appear original with dark brown color.
