An authentic turn-of-the-century "Old Sleepy Eye" blue and white stoneware pitcher, originally issued as a flour premium for the Sleepy Eye Milling Company of Minnesota. Authenticity: Features correct single-teepee layout between Chief profile and handle, solid interior handle wall, and bottom kiln/stilt marks. Condition: Displays beautiful antique crazing and natural age patina inside and out. Note a chip on the outer bottom rim base (pictured in close-up); otherwise free of large body cracks. Glaze and cobalt details remain vibrant.
