This is the very, very rare Target Exclusive from 2022. Thomas and Friends, Thomas the Train Monster Truck. This was considered a chase back in the day and was super hard to get then, even harder to get now. The truck is painted in blue like the iconic Thomas with white wall tires. Blister is clean, clear, and crack free. J hook is mint with no crease or damage. Bottom corners are a little soft but still good. Check photos for specific condition on the packaging.
