Whimsical vintage handcrafted mixed-metal folk-art frog sculpture made with a shaped copper body, brass-toned accents and dark welded-metal limbs. Features wonderful spiral eyes, a dimensional smiling face, enormous splayed feet, spotted back and tiny round treasures held in one hand. Each component appears individually cut, formed and joined, giving this expressive little frog wonderful one-of-a-kind artisan character. Maker and exact age unknown. Vintage condition with naturally aged patina, oxidation, tarnish, scratches, irregular soldered areas and surface wear throughout. As shown on live, sold as found.
