This elegant 11 × 5-inch handled serving piece features two colorful exotic birds flanking a fruit-filled basket, surrounded by a luminous lavender-pink luster border, embossed details and ornate gold accents. Marked underneath with the blue Bavaria Schumann lion-and-shield backstamp. A gorgeous display piece for a collected china cabinet or romantic table setting. Antique condition with substantial gold loss and wear, particularly along the lower rim, plus surface scratches, marks and expected age-related wear.
