Romantic antique heart brooch sparkling with an abundance of clear faceted paste/rhinestone stones in an ornate gold-tone openwork setting. Beautiful dimensional design with graduated round stones arranged throughout the heart, including a dramatic larger center stone. The openwork construction gives this piece an airy lace-like appearance while the aged gold-tone finish adds wonderful antique character. Unsigned as far as observed. Pin back shown in photos.
