Early 19th-century English Staffordshire mulberry transferware plate in the Chinese Fountains pattern by Elkin, Knight & Bridgwood (EKB), c.1820s–1840s. Gorgeous antique mulberry transferware plate in the Chinese Fountains pattern, marked EKB on the reverse. Elaborate center scene featuring a fountain, florals and distant architecture, surrounded by birds, flowers and ornate scrollwork. Beautiful molded/scalloped edge. Approx. 10” diameter. Antique condition with expected age-related wear; see photos.
